Client Guidelines:

  • VAT inclusive. 
  • Plus delivery charge depending on location 
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Service of waiters (including all equipment) up to four (4) hours only, in excess overtime fee of P50.00/hr. per waiter.
  • Addt’l. P150 minimum to each waiter if the party is held in the building and if 20meters away from venue/hauling fee.
  • Any entrance fees for villages, subdivisions & Toll fees will be added to your account.
  • Ribbon motif subject to availability of color – first come first served.
  • Leodora’s Catering should be advised of any changes to the event a week prior to the actual service. 
  • •Addt’l. 50.00/head of the waiter per floor if the venue is on the 2nd floor onwards.
  • Venue miscellaneous paper works such as getting of permits and the like are not part of the catering contract. Possible miscellaneous charges such as venue percentages, guarantee bonds and other unforeseen extra charges such as venue overtime are chargeable to the client, who rented the venue.

  • RESERVATION FEE P10, 000.00 (Non-refundable) 
  • FULLPAYMENT (1) ONE WEEK before the event
