Terms of Payment and Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Reservation fee of P 10,000.00 is required to block off the date of your function. This will be applied as part of your payment of the entire function. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the function, 50% will be refunded. One month or less before the function and the entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
  • For CATERING: Additional 15% catering of the total price. Minimum of 30,000.00 net sales
  • Signing of contract should be at least two months before the event together with the 50% down payment.
  • Full payment shall be settled two weeks before the date of the function.
  • Incidental charges. if there will be any, should be paid on the day itself in form of cash.
  • PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Prices are locked only when the 50% down payment is paid and event contract is signed.
  • Payment through installment is available under certain conditions. Please inquire with our agent for more information.
  • Food tasting for 2 is available at P2,000 (all-inclusive), which will be deducted from your final bill if you decide to book with us.
